ADULT CLASSES

Overview
In artGARAGE, Mindy Green teaches acrylic and oil painting from October through May with no classes in December. She has a unique perspective on life and art and her instruction is peppered with wit and wisdom. Classes are taught in three-hour segments, mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Maximum of five students per class.

Description
Classes cover Color theory & mixing, Composition, Value, Light and Shade, as well as various painting techniques and art history. Emphasis is on developing a confident, personal painting style.

Materials
There are easels, water containers, and smocks in the studio. Students provide paints, mediums, brushes, palettes, and canvas. (Download Materials List.)

If you are interested, please contact Mindy minddaly@aol.com to discuss enrolling in a class. Download the registration form using Acrobat Reader. Classes fill up quickly. Send your completed registration form along with payment to Mindy Green, 70 Roton Avenue, Rowayton, CT 06853. There is a one-class deduction allowed for a pre-scheduled absence.
